This month, our book is Peter Gay’s ‘Weimar Culture’. It is available online in PDF format, or should be easily attainable in print. German-born historian Peter Gay lived through the early years of the Weimar Republic, emigrating to America at the age of 10, and published this work in 1968 – a prescient moment to revive the political tensions of the 1920s. The book has divided scholarly opinion since its initial release and I am very much looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it!
